Tuna loin fillet steak

Content: 160 x 180 g Filet Steak
Packaging unit: 10 x 1 kg = 10 kg


Preperation:
Defrost fillets slowly to accentuate the pure test. Season only after roasting. Roast sharply and let draw for 45 min at ca. 60 °C in the oven. This way the fillet remains tender and juicy.

Application range:
The fillets are especially suitable as main dish. People in Vietnam prefer tuna dipped in a mixture of sea salt, crushed black pepper and fresh lime juice.

Recipe idea: Tuna fillet steak with tomato herbs
Dab tuna fillets dry, roast crisply in olive oil. Take the pan from the stove, cover with lid and let the tuna fillets draw. Lightly sautée shallots and garliv in olive oil, add tomatoes, basil, thyme, lemon peel and olives. Mix thoroughly and heat. Serve the tuna fillets on a plate with the tomato herb topping and decorate with fresh herb bunches.
