Pangasius fillet skewer "natural"

Preperation:
Defrost skewers slowly. Damp for 4-5 min on a grill, in a pan or in a pot.

Application range:
Pangasius skewers fit well with spicy or sweet-sour sauces. Perfect as Finger Food or for lunch buffets.

Recipe idea: Pangasius fillet skewers "natural" with lemon risotto and ruccola pesto
Cut shallots, one clove of garlic and ginger finely and steam it shortly in olive oil. Add some seasoning with lemon zester. Add rice and cover it with warmed fish gravy. Salt it and cook at low temperature for twenty minutes. If necessary fill up with broth. Finally fold in parmesan, pepper, lecom pieces and a little lemon juice.
Warm some olive oil in a pan, add three squeezed cloves of garlic and shortly steam the pits in it. Spice it with salt, pepper and sambak oelek. Prepare a pesto of ruccola, olive oil, pine seeds, pepper and salt. Serve the risotto on a plate, place the skewers in the middle and the pesto decoratively at the edge.
