Pangasius fillet skewer with Black Tiger prawns
Content: 4 x 100 g = 400 g
Packaging unit: 25 x 400 g = 10 kg
Preperation:
Defrost pangasius-shrimps skewer slowly. Marinate with a little lime juice. Best cooked 3-4 min on a grill or in a pan. Season as you like.
Application range:
Best served lukewarm for a starter plate or lunch buffet with mixed green salad or warm trimmings, combined with various Asia or mayaonnaise dip sauces.
Recipe idea: Pangasius skewers with sauce "vierge"
Cut shallots into cubes and romana into strips and steam it shortly in grape seed oil. For the sauce remove skin and seeds of tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Chop basil and thyme finely and mix with vegetables, grape seed oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Spice Pangasiut fillet skewers with Black Tiger Shrimps and roast them on both sides for 2 minutes. Drip on lemon juice and serve the spices with the sauce.
