Preparation:
The shrimp are ideal for grilling and frying. You can also steam the shrimp, but the best flavour comes with roasting. Season the shrimp according to taste with salt.
Cooking times: Fry & grill for approximately 3-4 mins., steam for approximately 2-3 mins.

Where to use:
Thanks to the fast preparation time the marinated butterfly are idea for a lunch buffet, banquets or outdoor events. The butterfly shrimp is manufactured according to the "easy peal" procedure. It is not necessary to cut or break open the shell so there is nothing in the way of easy access to the shrimp meat.

Recipe idea:
Clean fresh leaf salads (rocket, oak leaf, lollo rosso, radicchio, chicory etc.), wash and pull off small pieces. Mix seedlings (radishes, wheat, soya etc.) with strips of pepper (red, yellow, orange) and cocktail tomatoes. Cook the shrimp in a pan or on a grill in olive oil until crispy. Pour a sesame and raspberry dressing over the salad mixture, leave to drain well and arrange on a plate. Arrange the shrimp on the salad and serve with a piece of baguette.
