Seafood vegetable skewer
with marlin, squid, shrimps, sweet pepper and pineapple

Content: 4 x 100 g = 400 g
Packaging unit: 25 x 400 g = 10 kg


Preperation:
Defrost the skewer slowly. Season with salt, pepper and a lttle lemon juice. Cook for 5-6 min on a grill or damp in a pot. If cooked too hot the fish may become dry.

Application range:
Suited for lunch buffets, fisch or SeaFood plates. People in Vietnam prefer them dipped in a mixture of sea salt, crushed black pepper and lemon juice. We recommend as side dish a mixed vegetarian salad with clear dressing.

Recipe idea: Seafood vegetable skewers marinated
Put freshly squeezed garlic, ginger, tamarind, curcuma, one teaspoon of salt and chili powder into a bowl. Mix it thoroughly. Let the defrosted skewers draw in it for 8-10 minutes, then roast with the marinade. Add coconut milk and green chillis. When all is cooking take the pan from the stove, salt it and serve hot in the pan.
