Preparation:
Dab the skewers dry after defrosting. Season according to taste with salt, pepper and soy sauce (not too wet) and fry in olive oil. The maki rolls are also very suitable for steaming in combination with fresh vegetables.
Cooking times:
steam for approximately 5-6 mins., fry for approximately 3-4 mins.

Recipe idea:
Maki rolls on tomato confit
Scald tomatoes, skin, quarter and remove the core. Peel shallots and garlic, dice finely and sauté in oil. Add freshly chopped thyme, dill and Thai basil, season everything with sea salt and pepper. Either sear the skewers or steam in a bamboo steamer. Arrange the confit on a banana leaf, add skewers and a little herb decoration.
